I turned 32 today, and also arrived safely home from Nebraska. I must admit the Italy trip sort of put me off air travel, so I'm relieved I made my connections this time, and I'm glad not to have anything else planned at the moment. Now after all this vacation time I've been taking, I'd better get some stuff done at the lab before my boss starts to wonder if I'm still working for him. Further details on both trips when I can manage it.
Quiz time! What is my age in binary?
And in hexadecimal?
And in pig Latin?
And in the hilarious language of Ob?
The first to get all four questions right will win this awesome picture of the sky in Nebraska. Free shipping-- all you have to do is click for a bigger version and then download it to your hard drive, and it will be your very own. Because they can't take the sky from you.
Now, how can I make this post even nerdier before I publish it?
Ah! ThinkGeek.com . Though some of their stuff is creepy... like the Tell Me Your Secrets Bear.

On my birthday in September, my age will be the Sacraments, the theological virtues, the Persons of the Holy Trinity, and the one true God - How old will I be?
I don't think there are any other factors.
Buon Compleanno!
Thanks to all for the birthday wishes! Vincenzo, I'll work on the cakes and cookies. :) Jim, I'm trying to figure it out, but 7 + 3 + 3 + 1 is 14... Oh, wait, if I multiply I get 63; is that right?
14!!!!!! 63 is correct!
